Fladstrandsparken represents the newest development in Vesterport, divided into three distinct neighborhoods: the Længehusene containing 31 residences, the Gårdhavehusene comprising 25 homes, and the Terrassehusene consisting of 28 units. Completed in 2020, the complex adheres to enhanced standards for insulation and energy efficiency.

The project emphasizes fostering strong neighborly connections and encouraging an engaged community lifestyle. A communal building adjacent to the residences includes a banquet hall, guest rooms, and facilities for the caretaker. Both Længehusene and Gårdhavehusene feature low-rise, dense housing with single-story dwellings located either at ground level or on the first floor. Ground-floor apartments open onto a paved terrace of roughly 15 square meters, whereas those on the first floor benefit from private roof terraces of about 10 square meters.

The Terrassehusene consist of a five-story stepped apartment block beginning with four homes on both the ground and first floors, rising to a single unit on the fourth floor. All units here have access to staircases, elevators, and balconies. These residences have been designed specifically with elderly and disabled residents in mind, offering wider doorways, increased turning radii, and level-floor access. Additionally, 29 senior housing units have been constructed, allocated through Frederikshavn Municipality, intended for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
