The residence comprises 44 bright studio apartments, each featuring a private kitchen, bathroom with toilet, a generous entrance area, and wardrobe space. Every unit is equipped with complimentary internet and electricity, as well as a bed and an armchair. Several apartments additionally offer a desk, desk lamp, wardrobe mirror, bedside lamp, and a small bedside table. Each apartment has its own storage room. The kitchens are fitted with induction cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an extractor hood.

Among the shared facilities are a pay laundry room equipped with modern washing machines and dryers, as well as a spacious common lounge that includes a communal kitchen, dining areas, a free coffee machine, sofas, a television, and a lounge section furnished with café tables and a table football game. Tenants also have access to a complimentary fitness room and a covered bike parking area. Parking spaces are available for rent, while green outdoor areas provide a pleasant environment.

Situated within a dynamic and rapidly developing district, the residence offers walking distance access to the local traffic hub and a variety of shopping options close by. The building was formerly the Danica Hotel before being renovated a few years ago by its current owner, the Hede Nielsen Family Foundation, established by native Horsens residents. This foundation’s main mission is to support and allocate funds to cultural, scientific, social, and educational causes. Driven by a sustainable approach to recycling, much of the hotel's original, usable furnishings remain freely available to residents. As a result, each apartment is initially furnished with a bed, small furniture pieces, and various kitchen utensils, making it straightforward and economical for students to settle in. Should residents prefer not to use these items, they can easily store them in their designated storage room.
