The development at Skrillinge in Middelfart consists of 47 single-family homes, each featuring four rooms and offering a gross living area of 100 square meters.

Each residence is equipped with a kitchen that includes a refrigerator/freezer unit, an induction cooktop, an oven, a range hood, and a dishwasher. Within the entrance area, there are installations for a washing machine and a tumble dryer. These homes are constructed as low-energy houses incorporating solar panel systems to ensure very low energy consumption. A carport is provided with pre-installation for an electric vehicle charging station, and every house includes a shed along with a private terrace measuring 14.4 square meters, enclosed by hedges for privacy. Heating is supplied through district heating networks, and all properties have fiber optic and antenna connections, allowing tenants to select their preferred service provider.

Utility costs for electricity, water, and heating are billed directly from the respective suppliers. The tenancy agreement prohibits pets and smoking is not allowed inside the homes. Prospective tenants will be subjected to a credit check as part of the application process.

Rent adjustments will be made in accordance with the net price index from September, starting on January 1, 2027. The houses are certified with an energy label A2020.
