A room is available for rent within an 84 square meter, three-room apartment that reflects traditional Copenhagen architecture. The kitchen is quite spacious and the bathroom features a shower area that is separate from the toilet. Currently, I am on an internal waiting list hoping to move into a smaller and more affordable residence due to changes in my financial situation. Consequently, I can only guarantee a rental period of up to three months initially, but there is the possibility to extend the lease on a month-to-month basis afterward.

The room offered measures approximately 15 square meters and includes a recessed space measuring 0.75 by 3.3 meters, suitable for either a desk or a bed, with the remaining floor area around 2.8 by 4.7 meters. It is furnished, though there is still room to add more furniture if desired. Rent is set at 5000 DKK per month, covering all expenses. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and a shared laundry facility is conveniently located nearby.

The apartment maintains a no-smoking policy inside, although cigarette smoke from downstairs neighbors occasionally seeps in through the kitchen ventilation system. Up to two cats are permitted in the flat and are warmly welcomed. The move-in date is fixed for February 1st, 2026.

Regarding living arrangements, I tend to be somewhat untidy but will make an effort to keep shared spaces tidy, and I would appreciate the same from you. I am a quiet, introverted individual who values a calm home environment without parties or loud gatherings. My interests include reading, computer gaming, and playing board games with friends. Recently, I started building a collection of board games and would enjoy occasional game sessions together, as well as occasional shared cooking days and some social interaction.
