Each unit features a kitchenette as well as a private bathroom with toilet. Additionally, every residence is accompanied by its own storage room, and shared amenities include both a parking area for cars and a designated space for bicycle parking.

These studio apartments are distributed across three separate two-story wings that together enclose a cozy, inner courtyard. On the northern side, this courtyard borders a large communal building, serving as the focal point of the complex. Inside the communal house, tenants will find a spacious kitchen, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a generously sized common room.

Please note that the apartments are currently offered with a temporarily reduced security deposit: 1-room units require 12,000 DKK, while 2-room units have a deposit of 13,000 DKK.
