The Campus Tønder development will offer 42 contemporary student apartments, scheduled for occupancy starting August 1, 2025. These units range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, complemented by a communal building measuring 180 square meters. Each apartment includes a kitchenette along with a private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, every unit is provided with its own storage room. The property also features a shared parking area and bicycle stands for residents' convenience.

The layout consists of three two-story wings that surround a cozy inner courtyard. This courtyard is bounded on the northern side by the large communal house, which serves as the hub of the complex and includes a spacious kitchen, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a generous common room. Among the homes, 38 are standard studio apartments, while 4 ground-floor accessible units are primarily designated for applicants with special needs.

Regarding rental terms, apartments are offered with a reduced deposit: 1-room units require a deposit of 12,000 DKK, and 2-room units require 13,000 DKK. Detailed information about this will be provided when rental offers are sent out.

Applicants should note that priority will be given to students, who must submit valid proof of enrollment when responding to the housing offer. Acceptable documentation may include an admission letter or an email from the educational institution confirming student status and duration of study; this proof cannot be older than six weeks.
