We are going to live abroad for 5-6 months and therefore we are subletting our fantastic apartment during the period. This means that it is time-limited for this period.
It is a new home in very nice materials. The home is from July 1st last year, so all installations and appliances are from there. Everything works perfectly.
There is underground parking, where there are also charging stations. (Electricity for charging the car is paid separately at Norlys). There is no basement room or the like, so you will have to have storage somewhere else.
There is direct access to the apartment from the parking garage. There are large doors and bright rooms with large windows. Large balcony with a view of the fjord. It is located high up so the view is fantastic when you drive down to Frederiksborgvej. Roskilde's most exclusive area. There is also a gas Weber Grill that can be used all year round on the covered balcony.
In Roskilde there are almost all kinds of shops and there is a rich commercial life. The nature is fantastic with a rich birdlife in the nature reserve just 500 meters from the house. The area is ideal for running and walking.
