Seeking a roommate for immediate occupancy, with the earliest possible move-in date set for November 1st, although earlier arrangements can be considered.

The apartment is located 1.5 kilometers from Lyngby Centre and 4.4 kilometers from DTU. The monthly rent is 4700 DKK, inclusive of water, electricity, and heating costs. The available room measures 28 square meters and comes fully furnished. Common areas consist of a hallway, bathroom, and kitchen, all equipped with necessary appliances and utensils. Additionally, there is access to a shared yard and garden.

Regarding myself, my name is Alex, I am 24 years old, originally from Greece, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree at DTU. I consider myself calm, tidy, and easygoing. Ideally, I would prefer a roommate close to my own age—someone with whom to occasionally socialize—while maintaining respect for each other’s privacy. I work several evenings during the week. In my leisure time, I enjoy activities such as playing basketball, going to the gym, watching movies, spending time with friends, and traveling. I do not smoke and do not engage in partying.
