The development comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy residences situated close to natural surroundings within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. The Fjord View project represents the first phase, consisting of 80 homes in total.

Regrettably, the new construction at Fjord View does not meet the promised standards for sound insulation between the units. Specifically, impact noise from the apartment above is not sufficiently reduced.

In collaboration with consultants and the contractor, efforts are underway to determine the most effective way to achieve adequate soundproofing.

Whether the solution requires adjustments to the floor or the ceiling, it will likely be necessary to temporarily relocate the occupants of each apartment for a few days.

You will be given ample notice prior to any such arrangements, and we will discuss the process thoroughly with you beforehand.
