If you are looking to live right in the center of Odense, this could be exactly what you need. Currently, three individuals share a lovely apartment located on Vesterbro, surrounded by various shopping options and just a short stroll from the river. We are searching for a fourth roommate to join us in our home.

The apartment covers a total of 129 square meters and includes four bedrooms. There is a kitchen-dining area, an entrance hall plus utility room, one bathroom with a shower, and an additional separate toilet. The unit comes equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Both the living room and kitchen are furnished. The available bedroom measures 11 square meters and comes with a personal closet.

About the current roommates: Oliver, 23 years old, is an engineering student at SDU. He spends much of his time on friendships, training, and music, and is an avid football fan who often watches matches in the living room. Emil, 28, is the eldest of the group and has lived in the apartment for two years. He works at Odense Theatre and enjoys cycling and a beer or two in his spare time. Mathias, 25, the newest member of the flatshare, studies at the South Denmark Academy of Music. His hobbies include cooking, drinking beer, and reading books.

The monthly rent is 4,129 DKK, which includes water and heating. Internet costs are 154 DKK per quarter, while electricity expenses typically range between 500 and 800 DKK per quarter. A deposit of 14,000 DKK is required. The apartment will be available for move-in from November 1st or at a later agreed date. We hope to find someone outgoing and social who values convivial moments but also respects personal privacy when doors are closed.
