The residential project known as MønsTREhusene in Vonge is scheduled to be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2025. This development comprises five semi-detached buildings, totaling ten new public housing units, designed to form an attractive and cohesive neighborhood.

Each unit features an open-plan kitchen seamlessly connected to a bright and inviting dining area and living room. From the living space, residents have access to two generously sized terraces situated on opposite sides of the home, ensuring the opportunity to enjoy sunlight at various times of the day. The houses are built in clusters of two to three units, constructed with smooth brickwork and featuring either pitched or single-sloped roofs covered with roofing felt.

The communal green areas situated between homes have been thoughtfully designed to encourage social interaction, play, and relaxation, fostering a lively and welcoming community atmosphere. The houses are conveniently located within cycling and walking distance from schools, a sports hall, and shopping facilities. Vonge itself is a small village located 5 kilometers from Tørring, 14 kilometers from Give, and 22 kilometers north of Vejle.
