This 5-room apartment consisting of 144 square meter is situated just by the Lakes in Copenhagen on a quiet street. It is on the 1st floor of a beautiful late 1800-century building and the building has a big, shared courtyard, where it is possible to park bikes, and where kids can play.

The apartment itself has a big master bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a very spacious closet. Just next to the master bedroom there is a children’s room with a bunkbed fitting two children and loads of toys. Further inside the apartment you will find a big living room with a couch, resting chairs and TV. Just next to the living room, you will find the kitchen with a long dining table and everything you need to cook. From the kitchen you enter the balcony, which is facing the calm courtyard. Further into the apartment you will find an office with a workstation and the bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer.

There is also an extra room, but we are planning to store our personal things in this room, while we are away, so this room will not be accessible.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Østerport Station, where you have the metro, S-trains, regional trains and long-distance trains, including to Sweden. You also find many cafes, shops and supermarkets close by.

The building itself and the buildings next door are only residential, so you will not be bothered by noise, neither during the day or at night.

The apartment is located at the heart of beautiful Østerbro and only a 10-minute walk from Copenhagen center with all its tourist attractions.

This is our private home, where we live with our 3 children (5 years, 3 years and 3 months). So, it will be easy to accommodate a family with children, but we are also very happy to welcome a couple with no children.

However, we cannot host a group, since there is only one double bed for adults. Also, we will not host young, lively students, since we need to consider our neighbors.
