Because of work commitments, I will be spending several months in Italy and am therefore looking to rent out our bright apartment. The lease is currently arranged for the period from October 20th to December 1st, with the option to extend the rental if desired. This arrangement works well for anyone needing temporary accommodation, whether you are searching for a more permanent residence or simply wish to experience living in Copenhagen for a short time.

The apartment comes fully equipped and furnished, featuring a few hardy plants, kitchen utensils, an extensive collection of books, blackout curtains, high-speed internet, and a Sonos sound system. Bedding, towels, and other necessities will also be provided for your convenience. We have hosted a variety of guests previously and look forward to welcoming someone who will be a good match for the space.

The total rent for the entire rental duration is set at 9,000 DKK, while the rent for November alone is 7,000 DKK.
