A roommate is needed starting from January 30th. The apartment, shared by two women, consists of two bedrooms; however, the current roommate will be leaving mid-January after completing her internship and returning to her home country.

About me: I am Ann, a 28-year-old PhD student in medicine at the University of Copenhagen, originally from Croatia. The residence is located at Valby Maskinfabriksvej and offers 84 square meters of living space plus a small terrace. The room available is furnished, while the shared areas are spacious and well-lit. The bathroom features a pleasant shower, and there is both a washing machine and dryer for convenience. The neighborhood includes numerous restaurants, a marketenderiet, and a bus station, all within walking distance.

I’m seeking a roommate who values cleanliness in their daily habits and is interested in building a friendly and respectful relationship. It would be nice to occasionally share a meal or conversation while also appreciating personal privacy and respecting individual routines. The lease starts on January 30th, with the option for long-term tenancy. CPR registration is possible. The monthly rent is 6,320 DKK, which covers all utilities such as heating, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. A refundable security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required for shorter stays (three months or less), and for longer stays, three months' rent must be paid in advance.
