Campus Tønder offers a total of 42 newly constructed, contemporary studio apartments that are available for immediate occupancy. Each unit features a kitchenette along with its own private bathroom and toilet facilities. Additionally, every apartment includes access to a storage room, while residents benefit from shared parking spaces for both cars and bicycles.

The studio apartments are arranged in three two-story wings, which together enclose a cozy, inward-facing courtyard. To the north, this communal space is bordered by a large common house that serves as the focal point of the complex. Within the common house, tenants find a spacious kitchen, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a sizeable communal room for gatherings.

Please note that a temporarily reduced deposit is being offered for the rental of these apartments: for one-room apartments, the deposit amounts to 12,000 DKK, while two-room apartments require a deposit of 13,000 DKK.

Priority for renting these units is given to students or young individuals with special needs. Applicants must provide valid documentation confirming their student status or special needs when responding to a housing offer. Such documentation should not be older than six weeks.
