Campus Tønder offers 42 newly constructed, contemporary studio apartments that are available for immediate occupancy. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and toilet. Additionally, every apartment has its own storage room, and residents benefit from shared parking spaces and bicycle parking areas. The apartments are arranged in three two-story buildings, enclosing a cozy inner courtyard. To the north, this courtyard is bordered by a large communal house, which, together with the courtyard, serves as the heart of the complex. This communal building features a spacious kitchen, restrooms, a laundry facility, and an ample common room.

Please note that a temporarily reduced deposit applies for the rental of these apartments: for one-room units, the deposit is DKK 12,000, while for two-room units, it is DKK 13,000.

The rental priority is given to students or young individuals with special needs. Applicants must provide valid documentation confirming student status or special needs when responding to the housing offer. Such documentation should be dated no older than six weeks.
