At Campus Tønder, a total of 42 contemporary studio apartments are scheduled to be available for occupancy starting August 1, 2025. These units range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, complemented by a communal building spanning 180 square meters. Each apartment features a kitchenette along with a private bathroom and toilet. Residents will also have access to individual storage rooms, a shared parking area for cars, and designated bicycle parking.

The studios are arranged into three two-story wings, creating a cozy and enclosed courtyard at the heart of the complex. This courtyard is bordered on the northern side by the large common house, which serves as the focal gathering space for the residents. The housing allocation comprises 38 standard studios and 4 accessibility-adapted units situated on the ground floor, primarily reserved for applicants with special needs. The shared building includes a spacious kitchen, toilets, a laundry room, and a sizable common room.

It is important to note that the rental deposits are reduced, with one-room apartments requiring a deposit of 12,000 DKK and two-room apartments 13,000 DKK. Detailed information will be provided when the housing offers are distributed.

These apartments are primarily rented to students, and it is essential to submit valid proof of enrollment when accepting a housing offer. Acceptable documentation can include an admission letter or an official email from the educational institution confirming student status and duration, and must be dated within six weeks prior to application.
