The Campus Tønder development is set to offer new residences ready for occupancy starting August 2025.

This project includes 42 contemporary studio apartments available for rent from August 1, 2025. Individual units range between 34 and 40 square meters in size, while a communal building spans 180 square meters. Each apartment comes with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and toilet. Additionally, every unit is provided with a storage room. Shared facilities include a parking area for cars and designated bicycle parking spaces.

The studio apartments are arranged in three two-story wings, designed to create an enclosed and inviting courtyard. The northern boundary of this courtyard is marked by the sizeable communal house, which, along with the courtyard, forms the central hub of the complex. Out of the 42 apartments, 38 are regular studios, and 4 are specifically designed for accessibility, situated on the ground floor and primarily rented to applicants with special needs. The communal building features a large kitchen, restrooms, a laundry room, and a spacious common room.

Please note that the apartments are offered with a reduced deposit: DKK 12,000 for one-room apartments and DKK 13,000 for two-room apartments. Specific details will be provided when rental offers are sent out.

The housing is primarily allocated to students, so valid proof of enrollment must be submitted when responding to an offer. Acceptable documentation includes an admission letter or an official email from the educational institution confirming student status and the duration of study, which must be no older than six weeks.
