Positioned facing southeast, it benefits from morning sunlight. Shared areas include a modern kitchen equipped with an induction stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a recently renovated bathroom featuring heated floors. Through my room, you can access a balcony that receives evening sunlight, available for your use whenever my door is open. The building offers indoor bicycle storage in the basement, a covered area for recycling that protects from rain, and laundry facilities inside the building with washing machines, a tumble dryer, and drying racks, all in good working order. The rent listed covers all utilities.The ideal tenant is quiet and tidy, comfortable with a shared cleaning routine, ideally once weekly. The building primarily houses older, friendly residents, so maintaining quietness between 10 pm and 8 am is advisable. It would be appreciated if the person respects the shared living space and privacy, while also being open to occasional conversations and sharing experiences. I am originally from Denmark and have previously lived in Canada, Australia, and Japan. Professionally, my background lies within the creative sector. At present, I combine freelance design work with a stable full-time position at a university. I am a man in my 30s who enjoys cycling, outdoor exercise, road trips, travel, crafting, and experimenting with different cuisines. Lyngby Lake is only a few hundred meters away, ideal for walking and running; I also own two SUP boards for paddling on the lake.
Prior to moving in, we will carry out a joint inspection of the room to note existing minor wear such as floor scratches and wall marks, ensuring transparency regarding the security deposit.
