The development comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy homes situated close to nature within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten represents the first phase out of a total of 80 residences.

Regrettably, the new construction at Fjordudsigten has not met the promised standards regarding sound insulation between units. Impact noise from the apartment above is not sufficiently reduced.

We are currently working alongside consultants and the contractor to determine the best approach for ensuring adequate soundproofing.

Whether the solution involves work on the flooring or the ceiling, it will likely require temporarily relocating the residents of each apartment for a few days. You will be notified well in advance before any such arrangements take place, and we will discuss how this process can be managed with you.
