The complex comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy residences situated close to the natural surroundings within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten represents the first phase out of a total of 80 homes.

Regrettably, the new construction at Fjordudsigten has not met the expected standards regarding sound insulation between units. Impact noise from the apartment above is not adequately reduced.

In collaboration with advisors and the contractor, efforts are underway to identify how sufficient soundproofing can be achieved.

Whether the appropriate solution involves the floor or the ceiling, it will likely be necessary to temporarily relocate residents from each apartment for a few days. You will receive ample notice prior to any such arrangements, and discussions will take place with you to determine the best way to proceed.
