The development comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy homes situated close to nature within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. The Fjord View project represents the first phase of a total of 80 residences.

Regrettably, the new construction at Fjord View does not meet the expected standards regarding sound insulation between units. Impact noise from the apartment above is not sufficiently reduced.

We are currently working together with consultants and the contractor to identify ways to achieve adequate soundproofing.

Whether the solution requires intervention in the floor or ceiling, it will likely be necessary to temporarily relocate the residents of each apartment for a few days. You will receive ample notice well in advance, and we will engage in discussions with you about how this process can be managed.
