The development comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy residences situated close to nature within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten represents the first phase of an 80-home project.

Regrettably, the new construction at Fjordudsigten has not met the promised standards concerning sound insulation between the units. Impact noise from the apartment above is not adequately suppressed.

We are currently working with consultants and the contractor to determine the best way to achieve sufficient noise reduction.

Whether the solution requires intervention in the floor or ceiling, it will likely be necessary to temporarily relocate the residents of each apartment for a few days. You will receive ample notice before this occurs, and we will discuss the arrangements with you in detail.
