The complex comprises 47 smoke-free, energy-efficient homes located close to nature within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten represents the first phase of a total of 80 dwellings.

Unfortunately, the new construction at Fjordudsigten does not meet the promised standards regarding sound insulation between units. Impact noise originating from the apartment above is not sufficiently minimized.

In collaboration with consultants and the contractor, efforts are underway to identify effective methods to ensure adequate noise reduction.

Whether the solution involves the floor or the ceiling, it is likely that temporary relocation of residents in each apartment for a few days will be required. You will receive ample notice well in advance, and we will discuss with you how this process can be managed.
