Please note that due to an extensive renovation project planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold starting from January 1, 2021. This pause results in prolonged waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents must be temporarily relocated across all divisions of the housing association. When vacancies arise that are unrelated to the relocation efforts, those units will be rented out following standard procedures.

Anyone living in the Ringsted Almene Boligselskab can reach out to the Community Guides, who assist in identifying existing social groups that align with individual interests and are situated close to one's home. Residents are always encouraged to send a text message or call the guides for advice or support when looking to start a new activity or form a social group.
