One of our flatmates is about to finish their fixed-term internship here in DK, so we’re looking for a new flatmate to take over the room and be part of our little apartment community 🤭

Practical details:
•⁠ ⁠Move in date is July 1st, 2025.
•⁠ ⁠Rental period: min. one year
•⁠ ⁠Contract and CPR (mandatory)
•⁠ ⁠8th floor with elevator (top floor with a beautiful view of the city on both sides 🌇❤️)
•⁠ ⁠Furnished, with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk + chair, and tv 🤗
•⁠ ⁠A dog lives with us, Zeus (female), a 7-year old Golden R. Mix, so you must have experience with dogs (preferably big ones) and genuinely like dogs 🦮

Rent:
· 8300/month (includes water, heating, and WiFi) + electricity: 500 DKK in advance/a conto (electricity is split between us in the flat monthly).

· Move-in price:
• First month’s rent with utilities.
• 1 month’s rent paid in advance (excluding electricity).
• Deposit: 3 months’ rent.

❗️ The first rent payment will then be due on August 1st, 2025.

The neighbourhood:
Frederiks Brygge is where the Venice of Copenhagen is said to start. Upsides include being close to central, there being easy access to water and green areas, as well as the M4 metro stop (Enghave Brygge st.) 5 min. away. Supermarco and Netto are all just 2min. out the door in the other direction, and there is a rent-to-access (through the housing company) basement storage room, workshop room, seasonal greenhouse as well as car-parking (300-500 DKK/term).

The entire apartment is 122m^2 and consists of 3 actual bedrooms, a bathroom + a toilet, a south-facing balcony, a small stockroom (for trash sorting and storing kitchen machines etc.), along with a very Danish living-kitchen-dining room (alrum). The apartment is always bright and has an amazing view in both directions 🌅 🌇🌃 Since we’re already settled in here, everything in the apartment comes fully furnished - and includes dishwasher, washing machine and tumbledryer and a bunch of miscellaneous kitchen machines/items that we already have (plus plants 🪴 ), but you’re also welcome to bring something in <3

The apartment dynamic:
•⁠ ⁠We live our own adulty lives, and have our own schedules 📅
•⁠ ⁠We are friendly and social when we meet, and curious about each others lives etc.
•⁠ ⁠We have one planned get-together monthly, and the rest is up to the vibes 🤩
•⁠ ⁠We are not looking for someone wanting a ‘hotel room’ to stay in, but rather someone interested in living in a home with companions on the dl.
•⁠ ⁠We all strive to contribute equally to the caretaking of the home, wether that be contacting the ‘vicevært’ or working up solutions when things break, doing random things like defrosting the freezer because one notices it needs it (unprompted), or it be the cleaning schedule/rota we adhere to; and whatever other miscellaneous things there might be. This means going out of our way to make room for household maintenance in our schedule 🤗
•⁠ ⁠Open and honest communication about the good as well as the bad - and being receptive to making improvements is important❣️ We also love respecting boundaries 🌟
•⁠ ⁠Not expecting it per se, but being helpful towards each other when the energy is there is good karma ❤️

A bit about Kiri:
I’m 27, a student at UCPH and Zeus’ owner 💕 My daily life is a mix of studies, qualitytime with Z and friends, indoor/outdoor hobbies and ofc down time 😌 People often describe me as a passionate hobbyist whos always down to tackle small projects, a meticulous and cleanly person, respectful of boundaries and all about hygge, and someone who is honest, communicative and blunt! 👯 At times filterless to a fault, so it’s important that you’re easygoing and open minded 😊 I value being able to trust the people living in the apartment with us, so I ideally prefer flatmates who are good-natured, comfortable with being honest and good at living up to agreements (dare I say pro-active & dutiful? 😗🎶 ) and otherwise the standard communicative, so that we’re on the same page about things in the apartment ☺️ Otherwise I’d also say calm, kind and open-minded are lovely traits to live with 💕 Ibi describes me as a spiritual girlie (referring to ethics/philosophy, and not horoscopes) 🤭

A bit about Ibi:
I'm 26, a guy who’s originally from Amsterdam but has lived, studied, and worked all over— from Korea, Spain, Malta and now Denmark. I'm social, open-minded, and always down for a good conversation, but I also really value my alone time, especially with my hectic schedule balancing work, study, and life.
I’m part of the 🏳️‍🌈 community, with a special love for fashion. I have a pretty international outlook, and I’m always curious to learn something new. Clean, respectful, and considerate house vibes are important to me, and i think we’d be a good match if you’re someone who’s very calm, kind, able to stand on your feet, is communicative, and values a peaceful (and a bit of a stylish) home ✨✨

The dog 🐾
Zeus is our affectionate Golden Retriever who loves to cuddle, and brings warm Goldie energy to the home. Living with her means you should have experience with larger dogs and a good understanding of their behavior, as well as for the breed. Patience and consideration, familiarity and a natural love for dogs, and being comfortable with their many various aspects are also important 🐕 Especially since Zeus is a social, cuddly and playful dog 🤗

What are we looking for?
Aged 23 or older (but we’re open to exceptions for the right fit 💞). You are ideally mature, responsible/respectful as well as considerate of the space and those within it. Prior experience in shared or solo living is a plus. You yourself like to keep things clean/tidy/hygienic. You’re social/easy-going/adaptable as well as communicative as a flatmate — & open to (new) people and experiences ❤️ The common space is also quite big and connected, so it’s made for those who thrive with others around, and it wouldn’t be bad if you’re here for the vibes (so to speak), while also being able to respect the need for solitude and a closed door 😇
