Temporary stay 1-12 weeks for transition

If you find yourself facing difficulties securing long-term lodging right away, or if you need a temporary place to stay while searching for more permanent housing in Copenhagen, this shared studio may serve as a suitable solution during your interim period. It can accommodate short stays ranging from one to twelve weeks, with the possibility to extend your stay if needed.

The location is just 50 meters away from the Femøren Metro station on the M2 line. The studio measures 28 square meters and includes an additional 4 square meter storage room for luggage. You will have access to your own private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a kitchen, which you will share only with me. The sleeping arrangement consists of two separate single beds, similar to a hostel or dormitory setup designed for two occupants. Inside the studio, there are two desks and storage cabinets, and you will have exclusive use of one desk and one cabinet for yourself. Please note that registration with CPR (the Danish personal registration system) is not possible.

The fee is approximately 170 DKK per person per night, with a refundable deposit of 500 DKK required to secure a bed. This price covers everything including bed linens. Move-in is flexible as long as there is availability.

As for the host, I am a 30-year-old male who keeps the space clean, is amicable, and does not smoke. The accommodation is primarily intended for students or young professionals. Couples and pets are not permitted. Given that I am male, I mainly accept male tenants.
