Please note that due to a major renovation planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been paused starting January 1, 2021. This pause has resulted in longer waiting times for both internal and external applicants, as residents need to be temporarily relocated across all departments within the housing company. Whenever vacancies arise that are not linked to the rehousing process, these units will be leased out in the usual manner.

Sønderpark is characterized by a lively atmosphere, which is particularly reflected in the rich variety of club activities offered within the area. The apartments are situated in multi-story buildings located in a peaceful, park-like setting. Residents can park their vehicles in one of the designated parking areas within the neighborhood and then walk down to their apartments. The central part of Ringsted, including the train station, is conveniently located only 900 meters away from Sønderpark.

This housing section benefits from having its own dedicated property management and a large, well-equipped communal laundry room.

Within the municipality of Ringsted, numerous diverse communal groups are available for residents of the housing association to join.

Residents of Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have the opportunity to reach out to the Community Guides, who assist by providing an overview of existing groups and identifying those that align with individual interests and needs, especially ones located near their homes. Residents are always encouraged to contact the Community Guides via SMS or phone if they seek advice or support in starting a new activity or forming a community group.
