This lovely family home is located in the old part of Ålsgårde and quite literally has the Hammermølle Forest as its backyard. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, train station, and shopping options, only a 10-minute train or car ride to the beautiful town of Helsingør, and around 35-40 minutes by car to central Copenhagen.

The house is in good condition, with a recently renovated kitchen (not visible from current photos) and all appliances included. There is a large, charming garden with several terraces, and a spacious balcony on the first floor, where you’ll also find the home’s two bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. The master bedroom is large and could potentially be divided if you have multiple children.

On the ground floor, in addition to the renovated kitchen, you’ll find a spacious and inviting living room, a larger bathroom, a hallway, and a utility room.

Please also note the following:

- The house comes with a carport and a tool shed with a workshop.

- The house is being rented out due to the owner's stationing overseas , which means the lease is initially for 2 years. However, an extension may be possible afterward.

- The house is unfurnished.

- The attic is not included in the rental agreement, as the owner will be storing personal belongings there during the overseas stay.

- The house is located within the Hellebæk School district, known as one of Denmark’s best public schools.

Upon moving in, the tenant must register for electricity and heating (natural gas). In addition, the tenant must pay the landlord a monthly fee of 1,000 DKK for water (and dispelling wastewater), as can only be billed directly to the owner. Payment hereof is in advance installments, which are then settled when the final annual water bill . So far, the instalments of 1000kr per month correspond more or less to the water consumption of a family of 2-3 people.
