On the Thy map we have, in afd. 10, a collection of charming single‑storey terraced houses. Many of these homes are designed to be elderly‑friendly and each offers its own terrace plus a small garden. They are situated in scenic surroundings across the towns of Snedsted, Sennels, Nors, Vesløs, Stenbjerg, Vorupør, Hillerslev, Østerild and Øsløs. In afdeling 10 the tenant is responsible for arranging TV themselves.

Østerild / Rubinvej: Østerild, a town in Thy, features 10 terraced houses on Rubinvej, arranged as 2‑ or 3‑room dwellings measuring 69 or 82 m2 (a 3‑room consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and entrance). All the units are on one level, which makes them particularly suitable for older people and for those with mobility challenges; the layouts are practical and benefit from light and open space around the houses. Each house has a terrace. There are abundant natural experiences just outside the town and an opportunity to learn about and see future wind turbines; a visitor centre has been established here to explain the exciting work taking place within wind energy in Denmark. Østerild is also located 13 km northeast of Thisted, where there are shopping facilities and a sports hall.

Maintenance: The development is well maintained. The estate's ejendomsfunktionær (property caretaker) looks after the communal green areas and attends to minor repairs within the dwellings.
