The housing association comprises 124 terraced homes located across the towns of Jebjerg, Breum, Selde, Durup, Glyngøre, and also on the island of Fur. Most of these residences were constructed during the 1980s and each property includes access to a private terrace and garden area.

In the year 2024, a comprehensive interior renovation was completed on several homes including those situated on Præstemarken and Sdr. Allé in Breum, Nr. Allé in Jebjerg, as well as on Tingagervej numbers 1-7 and 34-40 on Fur.
