This community is designed specifically for active seniors who value a vibrant social environment. It offers a secure and peaceful neighborhood that encourages interaction and the formation of new relationships. The area comprises two distinct senior living communities positioned side by side. Each community contains multiple buildings arranged around a courtyard that features a communal house and an orangery.

The first of these communities, consisting of 56 apartments, welcomed residents in 2024. The second, newer community will have 39 apartments available for occupancy starting February 2026. The apartments feature two to three rooms, each with its own balcony or terrace facing south or west. Bright interiors are emphasized by large windows at both ends, providing views over green spaces, the surrounding residential area, and shared common grounds.

Inside, all units are equipped with a contemporary white kitchen complemented by attractive stone countertops. Each apartment is single-level and located on the ground floor, first floor, or second floor. Accessibility is ensured via elevators serving between four and nine apartments exclusively. Additional storage is available for each unit in the form of a private shed or storage room. Parking for cars is offered free of charge in shared lots, and a locked bike shed is also provided.

The design ethos highlights timeless Scandinavian aesthetics, with light color schemes that reflect the natural Nordic environment outside. The interiors create open, inviting spaces characterized by simplicity, elegance, and high functionality. Maintenance services are overseen by an on-site superintendent who takes care of lawn mowing, garden watering, ongoing repairs, and general upkeep, ensuring that the surroundings remain tidy, clean, and pleasant.

Residents must be at least 50 years old and have no children living at home. This age and household requirement fosters a homogenous community where neighbors can connect and build friendships based on shared interests. The environment supports socializing both within individual apartments and in communal spaces, aiming to cultivate a strong and enjoyable neighborhood atmosphere for all.
