This senior living community is designed for active residents and features a communal house as well as a conservatory. The neighborhood is dedicated to creating a secure and worry-free environment that encourages social interaction and the development of new connections. It comprises two adjacent senior co-housing complexes, each made up of several buildings surrounding their own courtyards with shared facilities.

The first of these co-housing communities includes 56 apartments that became available in 2024, while the second, consisting of 39 units, is set to be ready for occupancy by February 2026. Each apartment offers two to three rooms and includes a private balcony or terrace facing either south or west. Generous windows on both ends of the apartments provide ample natural light and views of green spaces, the surrounding residential area, and the shared grounds.

Interiors feature a modern white kitchen complemented by elegant stone countertops. All apartments are single-level, situated either on the ground floor, first, or second floor, and are easily accessible via elevators shared by small groups of four to nine units. Additionally, each apartment comes with a private storage shed or room for extra space. Residents benefit from complimentary communal parking for cars and a locked bicycle shed.

The design of the apartments follows a timeless Scandinavian aesthetic with an emphasis on simplicity, elegance, and practicality. Light color palettes reflect the wild Nordic nature, creating inviting and open living areas filled with vitality. A dedicated caretaker oversees the maintenance of the grounds, including lawn care, gardening, routine repairs, and general upkeep to ensure the environment remains neat, clean, and pleasant at all times.

To maintain a cohesive community, residency is limited to individuals aged 50 and over who do not have children living at home. This policy ensures that all inhabitants are in a similar stage of life, fostering a strong foundation for shared interests, friendships, and neighborly bonds both within and beyond their apartments.
