This community is designed specifically for seniors who wish to enjoy an active social lifestyle within a secure and supportive neighborhood. It consists of two distinct senior living groups situated adjacent to each other, each featuring multiple buildings encircling a courtyard equipped with a communal house and orangery. The first complex, containing 56 apartments, welcomed residents in 2024, while the second, comprising 39 apartments, will be ready for occupation by February 2026.

Apartments in both communities offer two to three rooms, each including a private balcony or terrace oriented either southward or westward. These residences are characterized by bright interiors with large windows on both ends, providing views of surrounding greenery, nearby homes, and shared communal spaces. Every unit is outfitted with a contemporary white kitchen featuring an elegant stone countertop. Located on the ground floor, first, or second floor, all apartments are accessible via elevators that serve a limited number of units—ranging from four to nine—enhancing convenience and privacy. Each apartment also includes a personal storage shed or depot room for additional belongings. Free communal parking is available for residents’ vehicles along with a secured bicycle shed.

Reflecting timeless Scandinavian design principles, the apartments emphasize simplicity, elegance, and functional living. Light color schemes inside evoke the raw elements of the Nordic wilderness, creating open and welcoming spaces filled with natural energy. The property is maintained by an on-site caretaker responsible for lawn care, watering plants in the gardens, handling repairs as needed, and ensuring the environment is consistently clean and orderly, so residents always experience a pleasant and tidy atmosphere.

To foster a cohesive community where neighbors can form meaningful connections both within and beyond their own homes, residency is open only to individuals aged 50 and above without children living at home.
