We are renting out our lovely 2 room apartment, with a bigger kitchen and bathroom, close to the lakes and 5 min walk to Forum Metro for one year to start with from 1th of June 2025 as we will move back to Stockholm after 11 years in Copenhagen. The apartment is light, charming, spacious and with two balconies.
The area is in Frederiksberg, walking distance to Norrebro, Vesterbro and City Center. Forum is a very quite and familiar area right in the middle of the heart of Copenhagen with grocery stores, cafes and nature around the corner.
Pets are allowed, we have a outside space where you can spend time BBQ and place your bikes in a safe place.
The apartment will be rented out with furniture, and we have big space for any objects needed to be stored in our attic.
The rent is 17.000DKK per month including wi-fi, electricity etc. with one month deposit and CPR registration is allowed.
We are looking for tenants that would treat our home as theirs and that we can trust.

Optimal apartment for one person, a couple or friends with its one big bedroom, living-room and a proper kitchen together with the spacious bathroom.
