This suspension results in extended waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents need to be temporarily relocated across all departments within the association. When apartments become available that are not connected to this rehousing process, they will be rented out through the usual procedures.

Residents can park their cars in designated parking areas nearby before walking down to their homes.

The diverse city life of Ringsted, as well as the train station, are conveniently located just 900 meters away from Sønderpark. Additionally, the housing division benefits from its own property manager and a large, well-maintained communal laundry facility.

Within Ringsted, several communal groups are available for residents of the housing association to join. Residents of Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have access to the Community Guides, who assist in identifying local groups that align with individual interests and needs. The guides provide guidance and support for initiating activities or establishing community connections close to where residents live.
