Looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay during your time in Copenhagen? I’m renting out a bright and spacious 16 sqm room in the popular Fuglekvarteret area of Copenhagen NV. This neighborhood is developing rapidly and is known for its young, vibrant atmosphere, with cozy cafés, unique small shops, and excellent connections to the rest of the city.

The room is fully furnished with a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a desk, so you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It faces west and gets plenty of natural light. You’ll have access to both the kitchen and bathroom, and everything is included in the rent – water, heating, high-speed internet, and use of both a washing machine and dishwasher. I also provide essential shared household items such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwashing tablets, and laundry detergent, so you don’t have to worry about that in your daily life.

Important to know: I have a cat living in the apartment, so it’s essential that you like animals and are not allergic.

A bit about me: I’m a 43-year-old Dane working in digital marketing and strategy. I have a busy schedule but appreciate a calm and cozy home. It’s important to me that we have a good and respectful atmosphere in the apartment.

The rent is 6,000 DKK per month, and you can register your CPR address here. A rental contract will of course be provided. The lease is available from now until the end of July. For practical reasons, male tenants are preferred.
