Starting from March 1, 2026, there will be an available room for rent in my apartment located at Helge Rodes Vej, 8210 Aarhus. The apartment enjoys a highly convenient location, situated just 700 meters from BSS and only 200 meters away from the Botanical Garden, with excellent access to public transportation. Covering a total area of 62 square meters, the apartment includes an entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with an oven and dishwasher, a bathroom, and two separate rooms.

The room offered measures 19.7 square meters and is rented out unfurnished, though there may be an option to take over some furniture from the previous tenant. The monthly rent amounts to 3,480 DKK, which covers all expenses except for laundry. Laundry costs are billed based on individual usage and added to the rent. A deposit of 10,440 DKK, equivalent to three months' rent, is required. The total amount due at move-in is 17,400 DKK, which comprises the first month's rent, the deposit, and the last month's rent paid in advance.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am 29 years old, fairly relaxed, and easy to live with. I respect privacy but also enjoy socializing occasionally, for example, sharing a beer or two on a Friday evening. In my leisure time, I like to work out, read, participate in team sports, and go on long bike rides when the weather allows.
