Hey there! I’ve got an extra room in my apartment that I’d love to rent out starting on 01.03.2026. The place is at Helge Rodes Vej, 8210 Aarhus. It’s in a super convenient location—just 700m from BSS, 200m from the botanical garden, and well-connected by public transport. The apartment is 62 m² and has an entrance, a kitchen (with an oven and dishwasher), a bathroom, and two rooms.

The room itself is 19.7 m². The rent is 3,480 DKK. per month, which covers all utilities except laundry. Laundry costs are based on how much you use and added to the monthly rent. The room is unfurnished, but there might be a possibility of taking over some of the furniture from the previous tenant. The deposit is 10,440 DKK. (three months’ rent), and the total move-in price is 17,400 DKK. This includes the first month’s rent, the deposit, and one month of prepaid rent for the notice period.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me! I’m 29 years old, pretty chill and easy-going. I respect and value personal space, but I am always down to hang out—maybe grab a beer or two on a Friday night. In my free time, I enjoy working out, reading, playing team sports, and going for long bike rides when the weather is nice.
