I live alone with my four year old daughter in a bungalow-villa at the beginning of Amager where I rent out the basement for the next few months.

The basement, along with the rest of the house, has been newly renovated with high ceilings and has its own spacious kitchen, a large bedroom, its own bathroom with both shower and tub, and its own entrance. The rent also includes acces to a guest room, which the tenant has most of the time on his og her own, a utility room and seperate terrace of a total of 150 m2.

The house is located a few hundred meters from Amagerbrogade and Sundbyvester Plads on one side and Amager beach park on the other.

The kitchen is fully functional with its fittings and there is a sofa bed, a coffee table and a chest of drawers in the room (enough to live there, but you are also welcome to put your own touch on the place).

The lease will initially run until 1 May, after which it may be possible to extend it.
