I am a 48-year-old Danish-Italian physiotherapist searching for a roommate to share my apartment located in 8240 Risskov.

It is essential that you are an animal lover and keep the space tidy and clean after yourself.

The room measures 10 square meters and includes access to a south-facing terrace. It comes furnished with an electric height-adjustable desk and a comfortable bed measuring 140 x 200 cm.

Situated in a newly constructed building from 2023, the entire apartment is modern and well-kept. The forest nearby offers excellent opportunities for walking or jogging, with convenient bus connections to Aarhus City Center and easy access to the motorway.

Close by are several supermarkets such as Føtex, Lidl, Rema, and Spar, as well as the Skejby Center. Fitness options include PureGym and Fitness United.

The rent is 5,000 DKK per month, covering utilities, internet, and electricity. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. I prefer a minimum tenancy of three months, with longer agreements also being welcome.

The deposit corresponds to one month’s rent. There is the possibility to arrange cleaning services, as well as borrowing towels, covers, duvets, and pillows with the room rental.
