12 m2 room in Vanløse

I am rentning out 1 room in my 2-room apartment. The room is 12 squaremeters. I will be living in the other room and we will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen.

The apartment was renovated about 4 years ago so the kitchen and bathroom is new. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the building has a laundry room.

The rent for the room is 4850 DKK per month, water and heating included. On top of that there will be a cost of 134,5 dkk per month for internet. Electricity will be payed every month and varies depending on our usage.

I am 31 years old and just finished my masters degree in Anthropology and am currently looking for a job. In my freetime I like to spend time in nature, play games, spend time with friends or just relax with a book or tv-series. I am introverted but social - i recharge my energi by spending time alone but enjoy being social and hanging out with other people as well. I like my home to be nice and clean. I am a vegetarian and prefer the kicthen to be meat-free, so it would be cool if you were vegetarian or vegan

The pictures are how the current renter have it furnished. The room can either be rented without any furniture or with the desk and/or bookcase.
