The room we’re renting out is a furnished room about 9m2. It has a bed, a desk and some bookcases as well as lamps with Hue-bulbs, making it possible for you to adjust the light yourself. You will have a private separate bathroom and a walk-in closet in addition to the room. From the room there’s direct access to the to the roof terrace.

The apartment is 130 m2 with a 30 m2 nice and open roof-terrasse. It's a no-smoking home with no pets. There’s a shared kitchen, a big living/dinning room, a terrace and a utility room with washer and dryer. All the rooms have direct acces to the terrace as well.

We are Nikolaj (Nurse) and Lena (Chair of NGO). We love boardgames, nature and our lovely terrace. We often play boardgames and watch series, and you are welcome as much as you feel like.

Your total costs would be DKK 4,500 monthly incl. heat, water etc. We also provide laundry detergent, toilet paper, spices and the like.

The area has good public transportation with connections to Copenhagen, Ballerup, Lyngby, Hillerød, Birkerød etc. There are lots of shops locally in walking distance and free parking in the parking garage. Often we takes walks in the beautiful nature around Farum and Furesø, which we highly recommend.

CPR registration and legal contract mandatory.
