Maintenance is handled through an assigned caretaker service, which takes care of tasks such as snow removal, upkeep of shared outdoor areas, and the maintenance of fixed installations and exterior building work. Additionally, an inspector is responsible for overseeing the ongoing general maintenance of the entire housing development.

This property is part of a general housing association, therefore the danish rules for such applies.
