Solviften comprises a total of 80 Swan‑labelled apartments arranged in six point buildings designed by Tranberg Arkitekter. Each of the point buildings contains three distinct apartment types, and every type features a bright, spacious living room with an integrated kitchen. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, providing added comfort and a pleasant indoor climate. Apartments of the same type can show minor variations in BBR areas and in the placement of windows, and the floor plan may be mirrored depending on where in the development the apartment is located.

Every apartment includes a private outdoor space in the form of a balcony. The balconies are enclosed so they can function as a conservatory with room for a café table to enjoy the changing seasons, and on warm days the glazed panels can be slid open to create an open area. Parking spaces are provided on the parking area close to the residences, along with bicycle parking, and there are additional parking spaces so there is ample room for guests. Residents also receive a practical private storage shed located together with the parking area, offering space for items not used daily.
