The youth housing at Fruelundsvej in Ringe offers a collection of one-story terraced units arranged along a shared entrance hall containing wardrobe cupboards, with each hall providing separate main access to two individual apartments. Additionally, the site includes Building E, a two-story former “poorhouse” featuring residences on both floors. This structure contains seven apartments that are larger compared to the other units nearby. Each residence comprises a single room equipped with a kitchenette that includes a fridge-freezer, dedicated cooking plates, and an extractor hood. The bathrooms are spacious and floored with vinyl, and notably, units E6 and E7 benefit from natural light through bathroom windows.

Residents enjoy access to pleasant green surroundings suitable for socializing, as well as a communal locked bicycle shelter. Pet policies permit keeping small animals such as birds, fish, guinea pigs, and rabbits, but explicitly exclude reptiles and other exotic species. Dogs and cats are generally not allowed, except in one apartment without a shared entrance (Fruelundsvej 1E, E3), and obtaining special permission requires contacting the service center.

Residency is permitted throughout the duration of one’s education, with relocation required no later than three months after completing studies. Placement on the waiting list for these youth housing units incurs no fee.
