I’m renting out my lovely, bright 1-bedroom apartment of 57 m², located on the ground floor – perfect for a couple. The apartment is fully furnished and has a cozy atmosphere, plus a small shared backyard where you can relax and enjoy the summer.

Facilities:
- Kitchen with plenty of storage space.
- Living room with dining area and a cozy sofa corner.
- Bedroom with a lovely double bed and storage space.
- Free washing machine and tumble dryer in the building.

Location:
The apartment is super central, close to everything you need: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and small shops. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Nørrebroparken – a lovely place to walk and relax. Nørrebro Station is less than 5 minutes’ walk away, providing easy access to buses, S-train, and metro.

Social community:
I live in a wonderful housing association with great neighbors. It’s the kind of place where you can borrow a cup of sugar from the neighbor upstairs, and overall, the building is quiet and peaceful.

About me and the rental agreement:
I’ve lived here since 2021 and am really happy with the apartment, the area, and my neighbors. However, I’m moving to the Netherlands for a new job in early 2025, so I’m looking for tenants to rent the apartment for up to 2 years.

I’m hoping to find someone who will take good care of the apartment – and my plants! I’d prefer a tenant to move in starting 01/02/25, but if you need to move in earlier, I can be flexible and arrange a move-in date as soon as January.
