Cozy Fisherman's House in Skovshoved

On the waterside, down a small cozy alley in Skovshoved, this little fisherman's house is located, with a plot of land, playground, and harbor as its "backyard," with access also from the house's courtyard. The town also offers a hotel, restaurant, inn, café, pizzeria, and veterinarian. The house has history and atmosphere, and for those who enjoy light and warm urban vibes, as well as wonderful neighbors, it is perfectly positioned. In front of the house, there is a small courtyard with a shed for storage, and from the original "stable door," you enter an open kitchen with kitchen facilities, a wardrobe for coats and other items, as well as a stove and dishwasher. From the kitchen, you enter the dining room or the living room with a wood stove. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace with a sofa and table, as well as a grill. In the living room, there is a staircase leading to the first floor. Here, the ceiling is open to the rafters, and the first floor can be a large room. Currently, the space has been divided into two rooms with a wardrobe partition. There is also a loft space that can be used for a cozy room or for storage. At one end, there is a French balcony, and on both sides, windows with a small view of the harbor. The first floor also has a bathroom with a shower and washing machine (with integrated dryer).
