A room is available for rent in a two-room apartment measuring approximately 65 square meters. The current occupant uses one of the rooms, while the other, around 18 square meters in size, is free to rent. The space includes a 90 cm bed, as well as access to the kitchen and bathroom.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Laundry facilities are on site, but tenants are responsible for their own laundry expenses. Washing costs 12 kr, and drying is also 12 kr for a 45-minute cycle.
