The housing complex comprises buildings of four stories constructed in 1974. Within this section, there are a total of 33 apartments, of which 3 are designated as youth housing.

The apartments range from two to four rooms, all featuring spacious balconies. Each unit is equipped with a stove and an extractor hood. Residents have access to communal laundry facilities and there is a carport area within the complex.
