Please note that due to an extensive renovation planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This pause results in longer waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents must be temporarily relocated across all departments within the association. Should any vacant units become available that are unrelated to the relocation efforts, these will be rented out following the usual procedures.

Sønderpark buzzes with activity, which is notably reflected in the vibrant communal club life offered within the neighborhood. Residents can engage in a wide range of activities held directly on the grounds. The housing units themselves are designed as multi-story apartment buildings situated in a tranquil, park-like environment. Parking is conveniently arranged on designated parking areas nearby, from which a short walk leads directly to the apartments.

The area benefits from its proximity to the dynamic urban offerings of Ringsted as well as the train station, both located only 900 meters from Sønderpark. Additionally, the housing department employs its own property caretaker and offers a large, well-maintained communal laundry facility.
